These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dp111 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dp111 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dp111 website, mobile interface, games, and related services available at dp111.ws. These Terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where access to the Platform is permitted by applicable law.
By accessing or using any part of the dp111 Platform, you agree that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. dp111 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions wherever the capitalised terms are used.
Access to and use of the dp111 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. dp111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform. Proof of age may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle.
- You must register using your own personal details. You may not register on behalf of another person, use a fictitious identity, or provide false information during the registration process.
- You may hold only one registered account on the dp111 Platform at any time. If you believe you already hold an account, you must contact support before attempting to register a new one.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, voluntary or Platform-imposed, at the time of registration or at any point during the use of the Platform.
- Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of dp111 and its technology or content providers are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
To access real-money gaming on the dp111 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. dp111 may, at its sole discretion, request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your account information if your personal details change.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. dp111 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- dp111 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents may include government-issued identification and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
- dp111 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts at any time. Where a duplicate account is identified, dp111 may, at its discretion, consolidate balances into the original account or forfeit balances held in the duplicate account, particularly where the duplication was created for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses.
dp111 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times and minimum amounts are as specified on the Payments page within your account.
- You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. dp111 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal in excess of ৳50,000.
- dp111 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dp111 accepts no responsibility.
- dp111 is committed to processing withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Delays caused by the Player's bank or wallet provider are outside dp111's control.
- dp111 may delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, dp111 may freeze the account pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
dp111 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds or free spin winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are stated in the applicable promotion terms and are not extendable.
- dp111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified, players who have already opted in will be notified and their existing bonus status will be honoured where reasonably practicable.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through the creation of duplicate accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- dp111 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion and to confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
The integrity of the dp111 Platform depends on all players engaging in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain any advantage not available to other players through normal use of the Platform.
- Deliberately exploiting errors, malfunctions, glitches, or loopholes in any game or in the Platform itself, including exploiting incorrectly posted odds or prices. Any winnings obtained as a result of an error will be voided.
- Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share hand information in live poker or card games, or otherwise coordinate play in a manner that disadvantages dp111 or other players on the Platform.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to structure transactions in a manner intended to avoid legal reporting requirements.
- Opening or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, to circumvent any account suspension or self-exclusion, or for any other purpose that constitutes a breach of these Terms.

- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. This feature is available within your account settings.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion of 1, 3, or 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

dp111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.
- Where dp111 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct policy, the eligibility requirements, or the bonus terms.
- Where dp111 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a competent authority. In such cases, dp111 may be unable to disclose the specific reason for the account action.
- Where a player voluntarily requests account closure. Players wishing to close their account must contact [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dp111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity caused by technical downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
dp111 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dp111 will endeavour to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may affect availability. dp111 will use reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned maintenance.
dp111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, dp111 will provide reasonable notice to active players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by posting a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of posting. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
